Jonathan Mills
Jonathan Mills - Owner
Summary
Growing up a nerd, I always loved computers and often found a way to have my hands in things. In high school I assisted the school with their needs and built my first set of business cards! Early in 1996, I landed a job doing helpdesk in Mechanicsburg. What a door that would open, and from there I ended up working in Systems Integration for what was then the areas premier consulting firm. Eventually I ended up as an IT manager for that company.
Education
Began studying for my Certified Network Engineer (CNA) through ADT Data Systems in 1995.
Employment
In the fall of 1996, I got a job working for ADT Data Systems.

Andrea Mills
Andrea Mills - Co-Owner | Operations & Finance Lead
As Co-Owner and Operations & Finance Lead at Mills Information Systems, Andrea manages the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly—including vendor relationships, quoting, ordering, and customer service support.
Andrea’s natural talent for math and early interest in computer science laid the groundwork for her role in the business. In 2006, she used her skills in accounting and organization to help launch Mills Information Systems. As the company has grown, so has her expertise in business administration and IT operations.
Andrea values the positive team atmosphere and the flexibility of the work environment.
Fun Fact: She enjoys gardening and kayaking in her free time.

Jonna Godwin
Jonna Godwin - Operations and Finance
As Controller at Mills Information Systems, Jonna supports the CFO with accounting and HR responsibilities, helping ensure smooth financial operations across the company.
Jonna’s background combines business administration, computer programming, and data processing, beginning with her education at a vocational/technical high school and further studies in Accounting and Finance at Harrisburg Area Community College. She was the first in the Mechanicsburg area to become certified as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
She values the flexibility of her role and the opportunity to work with a supportive, close-knit team at MIS.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Jonna enjoys nature photography, volunteering, and spending time with her family—especially her new granddaughter.

Cora Florio
Cora Florio - IT Consultant & Infrastructure Specialist
Cora provides helpdesk support, manages infrastructure projects, and specializes in areas such as Cisco firewalls, VMware server setups, Microsoft Intune, and backup management. She also delivers MSP services and supports network design and implementation.
Since starting in IT in 2010, Cora has built a strong background in consulting and hands-on systems work. She is CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, NOCTI certified, and completed four years of vocational training in Computer Networking, including Cisco coursework.
Cora enjoys the team-focused environment at Mills, where continuous training and learning are encouraged. She thrives on the variety and challenge of IT consulting, which allows her to work across all aspects of a company’s technology.
Fun Fact: Cora used to teach exercise classes—and dancing remains her favorite hobby!

Morgan Fowler
Morgan Fowler - Helpdesk Technician
As an IT Technician at Mills Information Systems, Morgan supports a range of projects, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Before entering the IT field, Morgan worked in the accounting department of a large food production company, assisting with payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and front desk operations. This experience built a strong foundation in customer service and attention to detail.
He holds a certificate in Bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Morgan values the supportive team at Mills and enjoys the constant learning and problem-solving that come with the role. He finds the work both challenging and rewarding.
Fun Fact: Morgan’s up for anything—indoors or outdoors—as long as he’s spending time with good friends.

Kyle Morrow
Kyle Morrow - Infrastructure Engineer & Automation Lead
Kyle leads infrastructure and automation efforts at Mills Information Systems, focusing on streamlining IT processes and standardizing systems across client environments. He designs and implements scalable solutions that solve complex technical challenges.
Starting his career with vocational training in computer repair and networking, Kyle entered the field at 18 through a help desk role and joined Mills in 2011. Over the past 14 years, he’s advanced from support roles to engineering and now leads projects in architecture, automation, and systems design.
He holds certifications including A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Exchange, and VMware Certified Associate.
Kyle enjoys the daily variety, collaborative environment, and opportunity to innovate on high-impact projects.
Fun Fact: He’s currently training for his first marathon.

Sarah Rhoads
Sarah Roads - Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at Mills Information Systems, Sarah researches and procures equipment for customers, manages subscriptions, and works closely with the team to deliver outstanding service and support.
She studied Web Design at Penn State and has over a decade of experience in sales, customer service, and shipping and receiving. Since joining the team in June 2025, Sarah has felt right at home—thanks in part to her long-standing personal connection with Jon and Andrea Mills. She also enjoys the unique opportunity to work alongside her husband, Aaron, while maintaining the flexibility to balance her role as a mom.
Fun Fact: Sarah built her first PC during the pandemic and has been eager to build another ever since. She’s also learning CAD through volunteer work and is a big fan of puzzles and the Myst game series.

Aaron Rhoads
Aaron Rhoads - IT Support Specialist
Aaron provides helpdesk and on-site support at Mills Information Systems, assisting with customer onboarding, troubleshooting complex issues, installing hardware, and improving security by reviewing phishing attempts and remediating vulnerabilities.
He began his IT journey in the early 2000s but soon joined his father in a process controls business, gaining hands-on experience with industrial networks before OT (Operational Technology) was widely recognized. His background spans legacy systems running MSDOS over thinnet to modern infrastructure, with deep familiarity in PLC/DCS systems and protocols like RS232 and RS485.
Aaron holds an A+ certification and brings specialized experience from industrial environments. He enjoys exploring the DevOps side of IT—particularly how automation and process improvement can enhance service delivery.
Fun Fact: Aaron got married in a kilt and still wears it whenever the occasion allows.

Lucas Stein
Lucas Stein - Helpdesk Technician
Lucas is a Helpdesk Technician at Mills Information Systems, where he specializes in imaging and configuring systems, fulfilling customer requests, and providing reliable day-to-day technical support. He works hands-on with hardware, operating systems, and network troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.
With a foundation in computer hardware, operating systems, and networking from college-level coursework, Lucas continues to expand his expertise and is currently pursuing his CompTIA A+ certification. He’s passionate about delivering quality support and growing his skill set in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What Lucas enjoys most about Mills is the supportive, professional atmosphere and the opportunity to learn from a highly skilled team.
Fun Fact: When he’s not solving tech issues, Lucas is gaming on his custom-built PC or staying active with football, basketball, snowboarding, and speed skating.

Aelaina Sellers
Aelaina Sellers - Helpdesk Technician
As a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst at Mills Information Systems, Aelaina is the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. She excels at diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues, escalating more complex problems as needed—all while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Aelaina brings a diverse background in IT support, data analytics, operations, and accessibility. She previously founded and operated Simply Help Services, providing technical support to residential and commercial clients. She has also led data teams, created detailed reporting and analysis workflows, and supported dispatch optimization and service delivery improvements at UPS. Her work has consistently focused on process improvement and user experience.
Certified in CompTIA A+, Aelaina’s strengths lie in both technical troubleshooting and training others. She has also provided specialized support for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals, coordinating closely with stakeholders to improve client outcomes.
She values the supportive, collaborative culture at Mills, which encourages continuous learning and personal growth.
Fun Fact: Aelaina is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
