	Senior Systems Engineer 10/2006 - Present Mills Information Systems, Dillsburg, Pa § Mills Information Systems, is a consulting firm, focused on providing excellent design and support services to my customers, using my years of experience in Local and Wide area networking as well as many server level systems.
	Senior Systems Engineer 1/2001 - 10/2006 Technisource, Mechanicsburg, Pa § As Team Leader of Internal IT services for Technisource (formerly Intellimark), I both lead a team of 8-12 technicians and provided level 3 support and engineering support over the years, building a 1200 user network spread through 30 branches in 20 some states. Completing multiple integrations and redesigns initiated following several corporate acquisitions. Throughout the years, I've lead the projects on upgrading from NT4 to 2000 to 2003, upgrading Exchange from 5.5 to 2000 and also to 2003 as well as migrating several other Exchange systems in. I built multiple WANs for us over the years including one multiconnect channelized DS3 and eventually for redundancy reasons converted to a MPLS configuration. For disaster recovery we designed and implemented solutions including VMWare and Microsoft's Data Protection Manager as well as Computer Associates Brightstor/Arcserve.
	Network Engineer 1/1998 - 1/2001 Knowledgesoft, Mechanicsburg, Pa § Supported numerous of Knowledgesoft's clients including educational, manufacturing, and other retail companies. I supported various applications including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Novell, Sql Server, IIS, and others, both doing design, implementing as well as break/fix.
	Helpdesk Agent 4/1996 - 1/1998 ADT Data Systems, Mechanicsburg, PA § Performed helpdesk phone support for various clients, supporting pc's and other systems for their users.

	1/1996 - 4/1996 ADT Data Systems, Mechanicsburg, PA § Certification § I began my CNE 3.12 (Certified Netware Engineer) certificate at ADT Data Systems in 1996 and completed it that year, and have upgraded to version 4.0. I next completed the CLP (Certified Lotus Profesional) certification in version 4.0 and studied version 5.x and 6.x since. I also completed my MSCE in NT4.0 and am 90% through the upgrade tests to 2000 and will then begin the upgrade tests to 2003. I've also taken the ACT (Acredited Compaq Technician) test.
